”The hotel is in a nice location and probably one of the best in town, but the room was quite rundown: the shower as really bad for example. Also, I don't know why the floors in Ethiopian hotels are often not cleaned well.”

”Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

”The room was spotless, nice sized room, the team here is very professional and go above and beyond to help a client, the garages have someone helping you find a parking spot. The receptionists are absolutely wonderful and helpful. The security guards, all friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Best Western Premier Dynasty to anyone traveling in Ethiopia. I think I found my favorite place. ”

”Mixed feelings. Nice hotel with several restaurants, pool and gym, for a good price. However, lacking in some aspects. Had agreed on an airport transfer when arriving in the middle of the night, but nobody was there, had to arrange for them be called and waited for almost an hour! Didn't get more than a quick apology and lame excuses.
Some staff members are very friendly and attentive, but others have some serious problems with attitude and work motivation. Like when going for a swim and...
