The upstairs restaurant prepared delicious evening meal with a wide variety of Japanese and Asian food. The only drawback was the rooster farm next to the property. They can be annoying.”

”Can’t express enough superlatives about my experience at the Busuanga Lodge. Starting with the staff. They were all highly attentive to any of our needs. They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. ”PROS: ULTRA secluded, most quiet location by the ocean that you might ever find, with a very chill vibe. Half mile long white fine sandy beach, which often you will have all to yourself due to the closure/ bankruptcy of the neighboring resort. The locals in this region are very friendly, and will actually acknowledge and smile to tourists. Hot water and A/C are available. Good road around the island, but some steep hills. Our tricycle with luggage did not make one of them. The ladies/ hostesses...

”The resort is an a sad state. The island is very beautiful, but essencially everything else was disappointing. Villas are outdated and in a poor condition. Staff is unprofessional, they will make you promises that will be never kept. Food quality is very low. Activities are not priced competitivly as they essencially trap you on the island with no access to any other providers (they charge handsomely to dock on the island). Avoid at all cost. ”

”Pool under construction not finished. The speed boat to pick you up or to back and forth is $30 each way. . Beautiful view . Very limited selection food wise and prices are soo high. ”

”We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. Setting was stunning, with the beautiful beach and sea. 2 lovely pools, free rental for kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional, especially Acea who worked in the restaurants. Food in the restaurants at night was very nice but breakfast wasnt to my taste. Trees full of fruit bats were a special treat.”
