”This hidden gem was an amazing stay!! KIM the manager is the most accomodating I have ever witnessed!! My brother (different room, just as beautiful as my Egyptian theme room was with me. I was running so late for my daughters UNT grad ceremony, I pulled in and sweet Kim was waiting for me outside at my room door which I parked feet from! Explained the digutal door lock etc- and I was in.My brother came there after for his room and asked Kim was there any food around, she said no but...

”The apartment was sooo cute and cozy for sure. It does need a few things. The dishes was in the dishwasher when we got there. The shower head needs changed, there is no water pressure. The dishwasher, washer and shower needs a really good deep clean. There floor needs swept, n mopped. The shower door needs repaired it makes a noose like it’s about to fall and brake. I don’t like to leave a bad review. But as a business owner I do like the input so we can fix things that needs attention. Other...

”Sheets were dirty for one of the beds. Windows in the kitchen were not latched (so someone could’ve broken in). House looked like it was under renovation (walls looked like they were being worked on). Hand soaps were filled with water. Fire alarm was ripped out. There was an old wash cloth left on top of the shower head. No iron or iron board or washer and dryer as advertised. Minimal check in or check out instructions.”

”Place is perfect for solo or couple traveling in North Texas. Quiet, clean, and priced excellently for location.”

”No acknowledgment of early check in request. No toilet paper or paper towels. 4 towels for a 5 person stay and they brought more via a front door drop off at 1030 pm second night. They were new towels with tags and there was no way to wash them because there was no washer soap. There was only one body soap container of Ivory. They dropped off two bars of Dove body bars with the 1030 drop off on day 2. They need a new cleaning company or this host needs to be double checking readiness before...
