A modern suite of approximately 22 square meters located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs), which can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: The coin-operated washing machine and the entrance are shared with the first-floor apartment.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which these systems may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Decimomannu is located west of Cagliari, past Assemini, along State Road 130 leading to Iglesias. The town center offers a wide range of amenities, including all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It’s just a short walk from the new Decimomannu nursing home.

Don’t miss the most important religious building: the parish church of St. Anthony the Abbot, known as the Church of Santa Greca.

We also recommend using a car to best explore the surrounding areas: Villaspeciosa, Uta, Assemini, and Decimoputzu.

Decimomannu is only 13.8 km from the Cagliari airport.
