”This was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff who were always ready to help, offering glasses of chilled water in the spacious and well-furnished public rooms and alcohol in the evenings. We stayed in the large Shakespeare room, often used as a Bridal Suite. The spa is great, with a good sized pool, a jacuzzi and unusual sauna. Really good breakfasts served in bedrooms and at the nearby sister-hotel Milsoms. The fine dining at the main restaurant on the nearby River Stour was sublime,...

”Lovely hotel Beautiful room upgrade a surprise so lovey thank you overlooking the pond & golf course. Breakfast sunday morning a nightmare no staff to assist, had to ask for cups, plates and fresh food as food was not being replenished quick enough for the amount of guests. Tables not being cleaned away lots of guests waiting around for stuff. 1 guy in the restaurant running around when others should have been more attentive and doing their job. Need more staff or Manager needs to have a word...
