”We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything our family needed and was the perfect size for the four of us. It was clean, comfortable, and made a great home base after long days of exploring.It isn’t a luxury rental, but it had all the essentials and was exactly what we were looking for. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we’re back in the area!”

”This is one of the nicest rentals we've ever had. It's a lovely, well-furnished house with terrific lake views and an inviting wrap-around porch for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It's a terrific bargain if you want to explore the Bar Harbor area but don't want to pay Bar Harbor rates for lodging. There is no stove/oven, but we were able to cook breakfast and dinner using hot plates/electric frying pans - plus there is a huge outdoor grill. We're planning on coming back with our adult kids...

”Loved the location! Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We really enjoyed the fire pit and met some new friends. Cozy little bungalow perfect for what we needed. The Host was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Thank you!”

”This was our second stay, lovely as usual. Beds are extremely worn though and bedding was kind of not very clean feeling...maybe just too outdated. Sad to see the house lost in a fire, but they added a lovely outdoor area with fire pit, grills, and hot tub.”

”The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again.”

”Easy drive to the Acadia NP, great location. Room is clean and nice. Expect some insects outside the room especially at night (which I consider normal as it's close to trees)”
