”Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

”we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again”

”Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. ”

”No toilet paper or towels.... super old property with the oldest comforter and pillows ive ever seen. I just wanted to get outs there.”

”The greeting staff at check-in was very unhelpful. The cleanest of building and room were very poor for the $150 that I paid for the hot tub room. It was not worth it The TV didn’t work correctly I had to go get three different remotes. I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family traveling to the Quad cities. They have no maintenance staff. I was very disappointed for the money I spent.”

”No pool, no fitness room. Missing door between room in suite, toilet kept running until you take cover off tank, had to put input on tv everytime you turned it off.”

”No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

”The age of this hotel shows. A fresh coat of paint and some minor fixture repairs would go a long way. Helpful staff added a lot to the stay. The free breakfast was OK, not great.”

”The Hotel was awesome. I loved the fresh water in the lobby. The breakfast was great. The room was arranged comfortably with a kitchen, eating, Living, separate bedroom and bath with incredible view of the river.”

”Booked 3 rooms for me and my family for a graduation weekend. I’m going to admit, I was skeptical at first but the place was very clean, staff was friendly and I would stay again. The area around there is sketchy, so not my first choice but for the price it was very affordable, clean and an overall nice stay.”
