”breakfast was OK. Served biscuits out of refrigerator. Better at least at room temp. Biscuits on one side of room; gravy on the other. Combine location. Orange juice was orange drink. Eggs not scrambled, which is good. Parking lot was good condition and well lit. Single elevator slow and signal buttons difficult to read. Traffic noise on 4th floor facing interstate was not good.”

”There was iron in the room. Before getting on the elevator, my husband and I almost fell due to a raised rubber bump at the entrance of the elevator. The police had to come address a situation with another customer who complain about bedbugs being in their room. The shampoo/ conditioner was used. The room didn't have No telephone in case of emergency. No housekeeping daily to getting linens. The hallway on the 3 floor smelled like smoke. The room smelled really bad, when first walking in... we...

”Unfriendly greeting, no help finding means of parking or carts for luggage “ I can’t do anything about the fact that people take the carts upstairs and don’t bring them back down” without apology. Ridiculously expensive for what I got and while that would be the place I’d stay every time I come home to visit my mother. I will never stay there again.”

”Beds where great! Slept like an angel. We didnt wake up in time for breakfast. Rooms were ok clean but run down. They did have a microwave and fridge. Outside of building is rough. Staff was nice. Best part was, that they shuttled us to and from kings island for free, saving us the $35 parking. Shuttle drivers were very nice. ”
