”Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite...

”Everything was great with exception of not having key cards available at time of check in due to a technical issue which took over 24hrs to fix.”

”The hallways had an odor of smoke and weed. The bathroom was not very clean. Overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory. I do not plan to stay here again.”

”Horrible stay. People were actively smoking Marijuana in the hotel and when asked to correct the issue they did nothing but spray air freshener. My kids had headaches from how horrible it smelled. Absolutely disgusting I will never recommend this place. You should be ashamed of how you treat your guests. Especially when we checked out and didn’t stay the night because of how bad it smelled.”

”Extremely outdated, dirty and poorly maintaned. Gym non-existant, barely any soap or shampoo, 2 towls only for 2 people, dirty floors and peeling paint. No coffeee in the room. Staff were nice, but I will never stay there again!”

”Although the staff worked hard to rectify the conditions, it was an awful experience. Waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned, it was 8:00 PM. Due to the overzealous 2 hour cleaning the room reeked of bleach and the carpet was soaking wet. There were no other rooms available and because we booked through this 3rd party, there was no refund. I felt like this was an extenuating circumstance and not our fault, and the hotel or this platform should have made this right. Learned my lesson...

”A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem...

”Both persons in the room needed c-pap machines for assisted breathing for night time. Outlets on table were all useless with none working. Had to rearrange sleeping to floor to utlilize the only outlet that was working. Couldn’t find staff after Midnight for assistance. Not a good experience”

”As soon as we arrived, we saw a member of staff smoking a joint in the guest parking lot (we do come from a country that has legalized marijuana - so its not unusual for us to see, but this was a first impression optics). We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days....
