”Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

”The gym has equipment but it doesn’t work and the pool is murky and the paint is peeling off the bottom of the pool and on the top of the edge of the pool has so much mildew that people actually sign their names on it . The room had hair left in the shower and the hot tub that was in the room wasn’t cleaned in a long time”

”So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was.”

”This was my third stay at this property. I stayed one night while traveling through town. It was clean enough and quiet enough.”

”The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. ”Do Not Stay! Don’t even risk it! No working pool, empty & under construction as was the whole property. Good luck getting through the hallways. Rooms were gritty dirty, icky foot prints in tub, leaky faucets spray all over countertop & what looked like mold in a lot of places! Floor was so bad we kept our shoes on. Furniture & appliances are dirty & broken, coffee pot was a he** no! Breakfast was to scary to eat & they couldn’t even provide coffee cups for coffee they made. Pulled an extra...

”This hotel should be condemned! Mold, roaches, and funky smells should be the only words in the description! Staff is rude and lazy. Floors were sticky, big bubbles in paint(water damage), carpets are nasty. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They tried to say I had been smoking in a room. The same room that made me feel deathly ill. It smelled like rotting death after the bleach they used to cover it up stopped working. NEVER STAY HERE!!!”

”There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.”

” Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). ”The staff was very nice and helpful but the property was not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable with flat pillows, the floors were very slippery , the roll around chairs were dirty , and nobody ever came to clean or result towels and etc .”

”The bed was fine. Towels were stained. The curtains were covered with incredibly gross looking stains. I'm glad I wasn't murdered here, because with all of the dna left behind by other people, they'd never be able to figure out which one was the murder. This is not at all what I signed up for- and when I saw the drive up window I should have left. I had already prepaid”
