”It was a perfect house for our family to stay in for the week. Great bedroom spaces, very nice kitchen. It’s in a cute area with some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. ”

”Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. ”It was clean, beds were comfortable and there were many unexpected extras like coffee, snacks, water. Beer and soda for purchase, qtips, cotton balls,, body wash, shampoo and cream rinse, makeup remover pads, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Also plenty of toilet paper and very easy to get into. Having a light on the porch is fantastic because I’ve arrived at other places at night like this time and there was no light so you’re digging for your phone to turn the flashlight on. ”Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. ”The place smelled like dog pee the entire time, no matter how many candles we had lit. Dog hair everywhere. The only other thing is that the place was just kind of janky but other than that it was a place to sleep. Good location and comfy beds. ”
