Tämä on yksi neljästä hurmaavasta duplex-lomastamme Old Del Marin Beach Colony -alueella, vain kahden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta rauhallisella umpikujan varrella. Jokainen yksikkö nukkuu neljä mukavasti, ja siihen kuuluu autotalli, ajotieltä ja oma piha. Rantatuolit, lelut ja vaunut odottavat sinua autotallissa! Vuokraa rantaristeilijämme, jos haluat nostaa auton kokonaan tai lisätä vaihtoehtoja.

Kaikissa majoituspaikoissa on oma sisäänkirjautuminen ja itsensä uloskirjautuminen, joten voit tulla ja mennä aina kun haluat. Voit odottaa nauttivan meistä täydestä yksityisyydestä, mutta jos jotain tulee, elämme vain kadulla Solanan rannalla.

What a lovely cottage! Very well maintained and spotlessly clean with nice sheets and towels, comfortable furniture and bed and a well stocked kitchen. In the garage there was everything we might possibly need to enjoy the beach - toys, boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs with a wagon to take it all down to the beach. And the beach is accessible without stairs to manage! Crossing the street felt very safe with a well marked lighted crosswalk that led right to the 25th street lifeguard station. Our dog enjoyed the patio and yard and time spent at the beach with us. Communication with Beachhaus Rentals was excellent. We will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Lovely, comfortable cottage—literally a block from the sand and ocean. Our own patio and parking. They provided coffee and other kitchen items which was great. Washer and dryer a big plus! Would stay again definitely!

This was a fantastic stay, the property was extremely clean bright and better than the pictures. We loved our stay and so easy to get to the beach. We loved it so much we added an extra day to our stay and the communication was fantastic and everything handled with the utmost professionalism.

Perfect beach house with AMAZING hosts

Amazing location literally steps from the beach, and also a close walk to our favorite dog beach. House was spotless, super cute and. had everything we needed and more. Aside from that, which is really already enough for us to rebook - the hosts were amazing. Amazing communication before and throughout. We managed to somehow lock ourselves out of the bathroom and they came over right away to help us. We also forgot my son’s stuffy, and they offered to mail it back to us free of charge. A truly excellent experience from beginning to end! Don’t hesitate - just book! You’ll be glad you did!

Two minutes to beach, and immaculate

I’ve stayed at dozens of rentals, and this is among my favorites. Beautifully equipped, exceptionally clean. Design-wise, imagine the sample rooms at IKEA. Not everyone’s taste, but it happens to be mine. There are beach carts in the garage. Throw in some provided chairs, toys, etc. and you’re on the beach in a few minutes. Yet you’re in a quiet lovely neighborhood. I can’t say anything about the hosts, because I neither had nor needed any human contact. Everything was meticulously labeled and easy to understand. Please don’t book this property. I want it to be available for my next rental!

This is an artfully decorated and very comfortable home in a great neighborhood with lots of thoughtful add ons and kitchen and bath items to make the stay even better. The short walk to the beach is convenient.

Perfect Place for Dogs!

The cottage has absolutely everything you could possibly want, including a lovely backyard and patio. It is a 10-minute walk to the Del Mar Dog Beach, making it ideal for staying with pets. AND there are two parking slots -- very rare this close to the beach. We loved it and will be back!!

We rented the Seahorse Cottage while we were in town for my daughter's horse show and we loved our stay! Clean, cozy, well decorated, comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. We loved the personal touches and will definitely be back.

Dog Friendly and close to the Dog Beach!

I selected this property specifically for its proximity to the dog beach. I was visiting family and travel with my dog so I wanted him to be able to enjoy the beach as well. The off-leash dog beach is within walking distance of the cottage. The cottage has a fully fenced back yard and a hose to rinse my dog off after the beach and a small deck for him to dry off on. The cottage was charming and comfortable. If you are noise sensitive, you can here the light rail occasionally. We had a super nice stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful

Loved this place so much. It has a wonderful beach bungalow vibe. Very clean. The back patio and yard were well kept and relaxing. Location was awesome! Owners responded within minutes with any questions we had. I hope we can stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Wonderful location!

This is a perfect location for the beach at Del Mar, while the place is very small, it is perfect for a small family or a couple. I stayed with my adult son during the stay and the living area is small with a small couch and one chair. So there is not much space but the location is perfect-hence the 4 star rating, as another chair would be nice:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this adorable bungalow. The location can’t be beat! It had all the essentials for our family, including a high chair, toddler step, beach toys and a wagon. We also appreciated how quiet it was at night.

Cute, quaint home, perfect location for beach

I gave 5’s across the board with the exception of cleanliness … only because we found some broken glass between the couch and side table but this could’ve been easily overseen by cleaners… we only found it because of my one year old crawling. We loved the backyard and the proximity to the beach.. it is literally minutes from beach. Only downside is you can’t really walk to get food, it’s on the other side of the (bridge?) not sure what to call it and if you do walk through the neighborhood it’s a good long walk .. not a huge deal but just FYI for anyone who wants to walk to get food or coffee… Overall we loved this home and our stay and the communication with the property team was exceptional. As long as you are good with sharing a wall with neighbors this house is perfect.

Wonderful!

We stayed 3 nights at this little cottage and had a wonderful time! The cottage is very clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The queen bed was very comfortable. We took our 2 dogs and we were very pleased with the fully fenced backyard and having the dog beach just down the street. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Lots of beach gear in the garage for your use as well as beach towels. We would definitely love to stay here again :)
