”The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, their "modest studio apartment" is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed at. There is just enough room for a queen size bed, a counter and a small stool. This is not a room to lounge and relax in. The hotel does not have enough parking for all guests. Plan on reserving a parking space in advance.
All the reviews saying great value and rate the hotel 10/10 are Bots or people who need to level up to Motel 6.”

”Great spot for plane spotting aircraft at SAN. The rooftop guest area has a great view for pictures. Large rooms and ample beds make it excellent for large families.”

”We had a great time staying at Coral Tree House! As a sharp contrast between the hustle and bustle of Old Town Temecula, this unique retreat is full of character and style. We were lucky to book one night stay during the Memorial weekend because this place is usually fully booked.
The hosts are very hospitable. Will certainly come back. Have recommended to friends and family.”

”The unit had a damp musky odor. The was a box of damp rid on the shelf in the bedroom, my shoes stuck to the floor in the bedroom and kitchen area. I cleaned the floor with paper towels. It was obvious that the floor had not been moped in a long time as it was filthy! The a/c was programmed to keep the unit freezing to keep the odor down. I would not stay here again.”
