”The room was very clean and bright and sunny but the staff was basically non-existent. Had to wait a long time for someone to show up to check in. The only way we saw a staff was to call and say we were heading to the lobby. No staff at check out.
We did not use the pool or hot tub as it was always too crowded. Room was noisy too. Sounded like the upstairs room was moving furniture.”

”Not a bad place but keep in mind it is a timeshare. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, Hotel Del and dining and shopping. My only issue was I got a suspect text from the front desk reminding me that only registered guests can use the rooftop sauna, whirlpool, etc. it was a bit accusatory maybe from a timeshare owner but the fact is me and the three others in my family were all registered guests. Customer service and tactfulness was certainly lacking.”
