”Rooms are nice but may be looking at the stairwell or elevator the whole time. What is missing from the hotel description is that only one building is hotel and the other two are timeshare. This translates to an amazing sense of entitlement among people staying there. You have no chance of getting a firepit as those spots are "reserved" with people's things early. ”This is a centrally located location, steps from anything in Little Italy and walkable to anywhere else downtown. 15-20 minutes to Seaport Village or the harbor. If you want to spend time in Little Italy, this is a great location. The property is generally pretty clean and the room was very clean. The room is small which is fine, but the set up is a bit odd. ”I had a smoke detector die in my room and start beeping around 8 at night. I called the front desk, they said maintenance was gone and they didn't know what to do. They first told me to take the battery out. I refused as I was not physically able to climb on the chair and reach the detector. Furthermore, it seems like a poor idea to instruct your guests to remove the batteries from safety equipment. I called again and pressed for an answer.
