”What an amazing house! It exceeded my expectations- the attention to detail was impressive. So many great outside spaces, a cozy fireplace, a kitchen for everyone to gather, and pet friendly! We will definitely be back. ”

”Great house, location, and pool! Really enjoyed our stay.”

”The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.”

”We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The house is charming spacious, and had more than enough room for our group. The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. Our host was exceptionally responsive and communicative, making everything from check-in to check-out easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable place with...

”Beautiful home in a great location! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Margaretville is close by for shopping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals but if you’re looking for a nice dinner out the Hidden Inn in South Kortright is outstanding. Paula is a great host and available if needed. Highly recommend this home ! Will definitely be back again!”

”Hi Jen & Seth - Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and unquestionably well maintained and stocked home. You made everything easy (from check in to checkout) and we do appreciate that! We loved every aspect of it - morning sunrise and sunsets on the property are stunning. Hot tub after a trail ride was great. Also, as the hot tub is a newer Sundance model that has ample seating, that was quite a surprise. Exercise room and mediation area is wonderful (and cold plunge was...

”This is a beautiful property; truly, the listing doesn’t do it justice! We couldn’t believe how many gems we discovered both on property and nearby throughout our stay! There were cute, helpful signs throughout the property to make every aspect of the stay enjoyable and carefree, and not a single detail was overlooked! Anthony was incredible host who made sure we had all we needed ahead of, during, and after our stay. We’re already planning our next getaway at this property!”
