”We had the upstairs apartment in the back of the main house. It was very clean and comfortable.very easy check in and out with the homeowner It has a beautiful courtyard with plenty of outdoor space for a quiet night just sitting around with friends. Very close to the beach and the boardwalk and some really nice restaurants. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends or even another long weekend trip.”

”We arrived after hours at the rental agency, sadly our keys and rental packet were not available. We called and received an immediate response. Our over the garage apartment looked exactly like the pictures, we made the bed and went to grab a late night bite. The location was perfect! We rode our bikes to the beach, the trails and Rehoboth. The access to the garage for bike storage and the washer and dryer was so convenient. We will be back!”

”Overall a lot left to be desired. The contract states they have until 6pm to clean the house but check in is at 3pm and not a second before... I can tell you if my house was not cleaned before my check in I would be passed. However, this house was barely clean, spent the first hour cleaning and the grill was filthy had to scrub it. They had a fee if you leave the grill a mess so probably pocketed the money from the previous tenant and still left it a mess for us... The AC in the small bedroom...

I think the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at the beach and we go away every year. The backyard was so amazing.
