What a fantastic hotel. We booked this out of necessity after a local hotel just didn't meet our standards and wow did we get a treat! A service from the airport (Thank you Mohd Nasseem). Beautiful building and pool. Loved the steam room, sauna, gym, and their food (especially the buffet was delicious - the best Indian selection with great local chefs). Security was also great and if you just want a place to unwind after the noise in Delhi you won't find a better option. Rooms were spacious and we loved the huge bathtub.

Exceptional Hotel airport city property! I've stayed here on two different occasions and was equally impressed both times. Service team is exceptional! Overall, hotel offers excellent restaurants, full gym (variety of free weights, machines & cardio equipment) and nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding with a wide array of food choices all wonderfully prepared and presented. Fresh salads and fruits were excellent! Executive lounge offered a great breakfast as well. Will certainly stay here again when my travels take me back to New Delhi.

Our stay at the hotel was delightful, with a beautiful room allocated to us on the sixth floor. The beds surpassed all others we experienced during our three-week stay in India in terms of comfort. The buffet dinner was exceptional, offering an extensive selection of high-quality dishes. Additionally, the massage session with James was truly remarkable, possibly the best I've ever had, given his remarkable skill and attentive care. We would absolutely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

By far the best stay during our trip to India. World class service and team is is working on a uniformity and you get help straight away. You ask for something it gets delivered within 5 min without fail everytime. Each staff will wish you and greet you. No matter who the person is front desk, maintenance or otherwise. Great ambience and cleanliness. Ticked all the boxes. I recently stayed at hotel airport city in aerocity and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who made check-in a breeze. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The food was exquisite, showcasing a variety of flavors and expertly prepared dishes. Moreover, the staff's attention to detail and their willingness to cater to dietary preferences made the experience truly memorable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

was an excellent place to stay especially with family. Was safe and neat. The staff were friendly and cooperative and very supportive. All our needs were catered to immediately. The breakfast buffet especially was exceptional. All other amenities was also high quality. Especially a staff named jack who was inspiring and very pleasant. Overall an amazing place to stay at a good price.

Nothing to like at this place, manager was chewing paan and spat it everywhere while talking. No luggage support i carried it most of the time. Room was extremely dirty stains everywhere room 407. I have some pics and can upload it for you, walls were mouldy and toilet had water leakage everywhere , please remove this hotel from your expedia list kids were scared to go inside toilet because floor was dirty and taps and basins were. Mouldy we used mineral water to brush our teeth they gave us towels completely stained yellow and much more worse experience ever . Very very unprofessional staff they didn't gave my invoice of any kind on asking they said they will email me . Please remove this hotel and put them in blacklist

Loved the amazing Sunday buffet spread we had at HOTEL airport city. Everything from salads to Italian, Indian and the Asian section was so freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and ensure that you have a good time. We loved the desserts section as well. The live music was a cherry on the cake!

Stayed at hotel airport City 3 nights for an event and can only recommend it. The room is comfortable, has a great bed, big window and office area. The bathroom is huge, special mention to the shower, very relaxing after a day of work. Breakfast and food at the restaurant is simply great. Some locals say it could be better but for my European palate it's just perfect. Service is what one would expect of a 4_star hotel, very attentive and quick. If you are traveling for business or need a stay close to the airport I can't recommend this hotel enough.

We came after 10 years and stayed here.,,,,,, not only the stay is pleasant but the food and hospitality is amazing. Saurav is one of the servers and he helped us a lot with my son being sick and getting him light food! Chef Sundar was amazing… he made us a chocolate pastry last minute for my anniversary. He also make sure the we liked it and food was good …..Overall the staff The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was remarkable. The staff's warmth and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions. I especially loved the delicious breakfast spread that was offered. I had the pleasure of staying at hotel airport city during a recent trip with my family and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel boasts a beautiful decor and huge, luxurious rooms. The swimming pool was an added bonus and provided the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The foI love this hotel is so nicely designed and I stayed here for one night and I love how the sunlight falls in different corners of the property throughout the day and makes it a beautiful experience. Love the breakfast menu, it was so delicious freshly cooked and served. There is a rooftop pool and a gym as well. Polite and kind staff. It is highly recommended to visit this place. Total experience was too good.od was delicious and made for a great dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay

Attended a roka ceremony of my childhood friend here yesterday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, the ambiance, the food, the drinks were all sensational, the event was well organised and it all went smoothly, what really impressed me more than the food was the level of hospitality from the staff, all of them were friendly and served up lots of food without any delay, Harshit was at the bar making some delicious mojitos which were very delicious and my mother couldn’t resist them! Also had a great conversation with ashwin who was an intern there. Definitely would recommend your special function to be conducted here as the level of hospitality was unmatched.

Very clean rooms with great tranquil atmosphere. Service is very good staff is ultra courteous loved the hospitality in allSuperb property! Well maintained, great ambience , good food and lovely bunch of team who are always there for guests, highly recommended

I have been a regular here since the property opened, having tried a few more properties I now only prefer staying here every time I have a flight from Delhi. The service is exceptional, the breakfast is superb. I keep going back for the service.The staff is attentive and great for any queries or concerns... A special mention to Mr.dheeraj mandal, a front office executive, last 3 visits I have arrived late from exhausting long flights, he remembered my preferences and ensured my comfort. The hotel was really good and everything feels luxurious. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the airport and some big shopping centers which was very helpful. … Amazing hospitality. The staff is very polite. They gave us a free room upgradation and a hassle free late check out. Also, I stayed with my wife just after our wedding so they provided us with a complimentary cake. Overall a very good experience.The hotel was a superb blend of chic and comfort. Spic and span, well maintained, the ambience was just perfect!! The rooms were much larger than expected and every feature was practical and well thought of to ensure the guest’s comfort. Food was not as great as expected and the options were limited. I remember we didn’t like a dessert too much and wanted to return it. The manager put in his personal effort to ensure we went back happy and even got the dessert removed from the cheque. The staff were very helpful and friendly,The room was really clean and spacious. hotel is very comfortable, looks good, close to the airport, due to close from airport (10-15 mins by taxi), making it a great option for overnight stops

Bad stay
The condition of room is not beautiful as showing in the photo. Have stayed in family room. Air conditioner was broken and water was dripping to the floor. Initially told that second day booking has cancelled by them and finally when leaving some other person was there and charged extra amount.

Cold water did not work. taps broken. Bathroom dirty. Flush took more than 10 minutes to be able to refill again! Could not take a shower properly. This was the whole reason i booked the hotel for 5 hours (6pm till 10 pm) and had to leave completely unsatisfied. Expedia should remove this hotel from listing so that Americans do not get a bad opinion of Expedia.

We stayed there just for the night as we were in transit and needed a place to spend a few hours at night. The area is quite sketchy and I felt unsafe. The rooms are spacious and appliances work fine, staff is helpful.
