Siisti perushotelli
Kakki Delhin Aerocityssä olevat hotellit näyttivät olevan hyvää perustasoa, eikä Red Fox ole poikkeus. Oikein siisti ja moderni hotelli.

Great hotel near airport with reasonable price
A very good hotel near Delhi airport with reasonable price. Staff was friendly and everything worked great. Dinner and breakfast are good also. Hotel is only about 5mins from airport by taxi. Would definitely visit again!

Hotelli oli hyvä. Uima-altaan ympäristö oli loistava. Todella siisti ja kaunis. Kukaan ei kantanut painavia reppujamme omaan kerrokseemme ja huoneeseemme .Kannoimme ne itse. Yöllä neljän maissa alkoi kuulua kjylpyhuoneesta veden lorinaa ja vähän ajan kuluttua vedenääni voimistui. kuumavesi putki oli jotenkin rikkoontunut ja kuumaa vettä alkoi tulla ryöppynä lattialla. eimme hälytyssoiton receptiooniin. Kesti pitkään ennekuin tapahtui mitään. Aloimme kantaa reppujamme ja tavaroitamme jkäytävään. Yövartija oli käytävällä ja yritin viittelöidä häntä huoneeseemme, mutta hän ei meinannut tulla. Lopulta sain höänet tulemaan huoneeseen ja ymmärsi tilanteen ja hälytti apua. Mies tuli ja laittoi jonkin hanan kiinni ja vedentulo lakkasi. Muutaman minuutin kukuttua tuli remonttireiska ja he korjasivat vikaa 1 1/2 tuntia. Emme saaneet uutta huonetta, jotta olisimme voineet nukkua. Korjauksen jälkeen lattia oli likainen ja vettä oli myöshuoneessa. Ei valumavettä, mutta jaloista tullutta vettä. Yritimme pyytää huoneenmaksusta korvausta, mutta he sanoivat, että ostamamme firman kautta tulee alennus. Hotelli tuli siinä vastaan, että saimme kuljetuksen lentokentälle. Siitä 10 pistettä hotellille. Voisin toisenkin kerran majoittua hotellin. Vika oli huoneessa , jossa meitä majoittui kaksi Anneli Rusanen ja Marja Rikman. Toinen huone toimi moitteettomasti.

The service and hospitality by the staff members was amazing, they made me feel like very safe and comfortable, the food was fantastic, the ambience was great. I will definitely be back whenever I am in India . Manesh was very kind and friendly he helped me out when I felt I was unable to communicate to other staff members and advice on sightseeing. He gave a personal attention and it was highly appreciated.

This is a really great place to stay near the airport in Aerocity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The security is very good too. I loved the breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

It is a great location for an airport stay and 10 minutes in a taxi. Aerocity is around the corner too for food and drinks. The hotel room is basic and not the cleanest. The shower curtain wasn’t that clean either. There is a lot of noise in the hotel with guests coming and going. Even the door bell from the room next door can be heard in our room. It’s an ok

Pleasantly surprised by our night in an aerocity hotel. Red Fox was clean and comfortable. Our fourth floor room appeared to have been refurbished recently and was lovely. Restaurant was fine for an evening meal and breakfast. Corridors tend to be noisy as floors are tiled not carpeted. Earplugs needed hence four stars given.

The room was a touch small, but clean and bright, and had all the necessities. Staff was helpful. Restaurant was GREAT, with good food for foreign palettes, and delightful staff; Kawaljeet and Shivangi made me feel right at home and well cared for. Great location near airport and easy Uber ride to city sites.

Recent Stay at Red Fox Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Fox Hotel for one night following a demanding 15-hour flight from Vancouver to New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff displayed commendable hospitality, assisting with my baggage and promptly delivering it to my room. The reception service was efficient, with staff readily available to address any inquiries. My booking included both dinner and breakfast, both of which were seamlessly arranged. The dinner, served as a buffet, presented an acceptable taste. A noteworthy aspect was the thoughtful provision of a packed breakfast due to my early checkout. The breakfast, comprising a sandwich, a neatly cut fruit box, and a mixed fruit juice, met expectations in terms of taste. While the room boasted ample space, I did notice a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The bed exhibited some lint and hair, and out of the three towels provided in the bathroom, one displayed several visible dirty marks. Additionally, the room's temperature was on the cooler side, leading to a somewhat disrupted sleep. It seemed that a heater was not available in the room, and this might be worth considering for future guests. In an attempt to seek further information, I reached out to the hotel via email, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Acknowledging that communication lapses can occur, I hope this feedback can contribute to enhancing response times for future guests.

Clean and simple room. Great service!
Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. A bit small, but perfect for solo or couple. I had trouble getting a very early morning taxi / Uber to the airport, but Arkush from the hotel staff was kind enough to drive me himself. Excellent service!!

Room pillows were harder than expected. Only 1 hand towel for 2 beds. Cutlery placement in cafe wasn't upto the mark. Dinner non veg snacks was cold as chicken was leatherly. Breakfast buffet better than dinner buffet.

High cost for a mediocre hotel
Incredibly slow service, it took over 30 minutes to check-in. During that time, staff allowed other people to barge in and service their requests (like giving an extra key card because they left it in their room) and they aren't clear about airport transfers schedules. Buffet is not great, a friend and I got food poisoning and towels have stains on them. Average English capability is very limited.

We had a short stay, as we were catching a flight in the early morning. Check in was super easy and smooth. They helped us take our luggage up to our room, and brought it down (at 1AM). A taxi service was also available for us at 1 AM. The restaurants in the building served yummy food, and the staff overall were super kind. I would definitely stay at Red Fox Hotels again!
