Our location in Lutyens is posh, prime, and super convenient. The neighborhood is extremely safe, manned with guards, and 24/7 security surveillance.
The caretaker will help with errands within the premises and is available 7 days a week.
For your convenience, there is 1 dedicated parking space within the premises.
The space
The Terrace Penthouse is a very large space, a private haven in the middle of the hustle bustle of the city yet in an ultra-exclusive neighborhood in Lutyens Delhi and arguably the most premium space in Delhi. Our proximity to historical landmarks, beautiful parks, hotels, and prime markets make it an enviable place to stay.

There's a king-size bed, soft spring 8" mattress, 3 sizes of pillows, smart 55" tv, 24/7 WiFi, Alexa Ecco Show, safe, zebra blinds, and closet.
The kitchenette has an induction cooker, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, hot water kettle, crockery & cutlery.
The bathroom is an onyx and french gold design masterpiece with pressured water.

The Terrace Penthouse is an ideal retreat for couples looking for beautiful space that's completely private. You're surrounded by plants and flowers in the Terrace garden and have a beautiful sit out on the ample outdoor sofas. An awning covers the very large patio, which can also be used as a sit out during the rains. There's a very striking bar counter in the outdoor terrace where one can sip on a glass of wine!

Travelers can feel very safe knowing we've got 24hr security, electronic keypad entry, electronic laptop safe, private parking within the premises, and camera coverage in a neighborhood that has large homes well-guarded with neighborhood security to add.

We're a family living in the same building, have traveled a fair bit, and understand what is important to most travelers.

The terrace and room are completely private with no intrusion whatsoever. We also provide parking space for 1 car for our guests' convenience within the premises.
