A bit overpriced, OK normal business std hotel
Paid extra to have a room w balcony since in photos it looks so nice -in reality balcony was ugly concrete full of pigeons/their droppings, even the furniture was covered by it. The room was very spacious, it was clean ok and had all amenities. There were mosquitos in the room and restaurant, perhaps because there's lot of water structures around the hotel. Arrangement of bfast was a catastrophe -getting items from narrow corridors filled w people pushing each other was like being in a crowded bus... Staff was friendly and the spa (massage, Finnish sauna, pool) were great! Overall a bit overpriced in my opinion (bfast hassle, mosqs & pigeons and the building is not new..or the quality of workmanship is just so poor, so that it will need maintenance).

We went from US to India for a week. I booked this place as it had good reviews. This is one of the best places in Surajkund but not the best. Place was okay but staff was very courteous about anything we needed. Breakfast was very good. This is a four star hotel. It’s not Taj it’s Vivanta by Taj😊. They had us a room on smoking floor and we had 2 kids. Floors in our room were sticky as the building was pretty old. Some areas were renovated and new like the lobby and some very old. Our safe got locked and SURMESH the guy who addressed every situation was awesome. He was always there with a smile on his face. He was so humble and respectful. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a comfortable experience. Overall a good time.

This is the nicest hotel for the price-range in all of Delhi. A huge pool with views, access to the spa and excellent restaurant. Immaculately clean and beautiful lobbies and gardens, this is the perfect hotel to escape the crazy business of the city. It's a little bit further out, but still only £5 in an uber to the centre (25-30 mins) and £8 to the airport. This also makes it a very peaceful and tranquil haven. Recommend without hesitation.

Lovely hotel, but needs more attention to cleaning in particular bathrooms. I stopped in 2 different rooms and both in need of updating and deep cleaning. Suggest changing the shower plumbing as current one is too old and doesn't work properly.

Excellent property with great staff. We were upgraded to a very nice room which made the stay so much more pleasant. Staff members were excellent, polite and genuinely willing to to help and make the stay memorable. If you are visiting the Surajkund International Crafts Mela, this is the best place to do it as you can walk to the fair.

Excellent property if you want to stay near Faridabad. The staff and service was beyond awesome. The hotel is very well designed with Indian touches and very practical. We stayed in 3 separate rooms during our stay. First room was a King bed room which was perfect for 2 occupants. We switched to a two bed room. The beds were extremely small. We switched back to a different king bed room on a different room and the room seemed to be under construction. The bathroom was unfinished/poorly finihsed. The bathtub was broken and had to be fixed while we waited. Overall the rooms are large and well designed and quiet. The morning breakfast was incredible!! I had a sprained ankle during the stay and the staff generously offered me help and aid to ease the pain. Overall the experience was great due to the staff, service, common amenities (play room, gym, pool, restaurant, spa) breakfast and room size.

I stayed at Vivanta about 7 years ago and it was fantastic - beautiful, clean, great serivce. But on this most recent visit, the room looked a bit old and worn. The floors were not very clean, and there was a slight sewer smell in the watercloset and shower. This was in a Premium Room. Not a big deal since I was only there for one night, but it isn't what I remember.

Reasonable price level but moldy odor of the bathroom made me unpleasant.. maybe due to not so frequently use of the room. Considering the name value of Taj, not so satisfied mainly due to old furniture with the color of the furniture which in my opinion to be bright not dark..

The property is beautiful. But the room service and housekeeping tend to suffer if the property has an event going on. I experienced it first-hand. Sought help from the housekeeping staff two days before check-in for a service and was assured that it would be done. Repeated my request on arrival and then on the day I needed the assistance (which is not part of the room amenities). The staff kept me waiting till the last moment, did not take my calls. Finally, someone who was not a professional was sent to my room at the eleventh hour. Very disappointed and found the guest services not up to Tata Group standards

The staff was rude and blamed everything on the hotel being over booked - I had booked twins beds, they gave me a king bed. - they gave me a smoking room and didn’t inform me. When I went to my room I realized the room was smoking because I have asthma and smoke doesn’t work with me. They said j would have to wait 45 mins for the rooms to be ready I asked housebkewpingbforbabexgfa shower cap and no one came to the room to give it Over all it was terrible,
