”What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

”Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”

”Super cheap and super basic. Situated In a relatively grim alley, hotel is made up of rooms without external windows set around an internal hall over several floors, feels a bit like a Victorian prison!
Still, guy in charge was helpful and spoke good English. It seemed clean, and bed was comfortable enough. For the few hours I spent here in the afternoon waiting for a night bus this did the job great.
Don’t book a two week vacation here though.”

”The property is relatively new, but as many times in India, it is already starting to become dirty and worn out (stains on the wall, some things hanging/not working). A better cleaning of floor/walls would really help, now there was a cigarette thumb on the bathroom floor etc. I wish they would scrub the rooms with same intensity as they do the front reception/lobby. The service was friendly and helpful! Next time would try the new Bloomrooms, whose location is great and at least the bakery...

”Lovely spacious rooms . Excellent shopping environment in karol bargh in Delhi. Buffet breadfast is good also. All staffs are very helpful and friendly. If you like to do lot of shopping and eating this is a best budget hotel in Delhi.

”It was an extremely good fnind, the staff could not be more helpful. The rooms are spotless and all ameanities are provided. The breakfast which is included is fantastic, Indian, Chinese and European style food. The restaurant with the roof terrace is lovely and extremely good value. Ravi the Manager is wonderful at dealing with all requests and makes extremely good ecomendations. It is a brilliant hotel in a great tourist area. Can not recommend this hotel more to all types of travellers!!”

"The hotel is an oasis in Paharganj area, a suberb place. The breakfast includes a variety of options. We stayed there one night but could have stayed more. One complaint we do have: the travel assistent sold us a twoway trip to Jaipur with a promise of a five hours trip oneway. Well, even if we payed extra for an expressway, they gave a driver who drove 80 km/h in motorway. That meant 6 hours to Jaipur and 7 and half back. Please, choose your agents more carefully.
