”The view was beautiful and the Land of Natura was amazing!! Good restaurant too. The room was very small and older, so we didn’t want to spend a ton of time there. But we just went to Land of Natura a lot. It was also nice to be able to explore the other Natura hotel amenities and the treehouse and beach resort. I recommend the lagoon at treescape! One other thing we enjoyed was the location with an easy walk to downtown and proximity to lots of restaurants and shops, and a beautiful river walk.”

”We didn't even stay there. We checked in and checked right back out! We were refused a refund, and even had gotten charged TWICE and have yet had anybody contact us back to hear how the situation can be fixed.”

”Had a king room. Small and very coz, hard to eat meals in there with the large bed and tiny desk with one desk chair. The carpet in the room and in the halls definitely needs to go. Wasn't comfortable walking without socks. Bathroom shampoo, soaps, lotions and toilet paper was not stocked at all. Had almost none for a 3night stay. And only 2 towels for 2 ppl for 3 nights. 1 roll of TP and no Kleenexes. Shouldn't have to spend time asking front desk to refill items or swap out towels. AC unit...

”The Good; It is right by Noah's Ark & Mt. Olympus..... You can walk & not pay $30 for parking at Noah's Ark & $40 at Mt. Olympus saving you $70! The Suites with "multiple beds" are decent size with 1 room being a king, sofa bed, small kitchen table w/ 2 chairs, fire place, jacuzzi tub, small kitchen area with a sink, safe, dorm size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a small counter area. Second room is 2 queen beds, dressers & night stands. I have seen these rooms listed on many sites as...

”This hotel was fantastic! We were happy with every detail other than sad they did not have a hot tub, but we knew this when we booked. Clean, comfortable, great staff, great breakfast! Would stay again!”
