”Great location in close proximity to the medical facility where my wife was staying.Breakfast was ok, parking was great, staff was nice. If my wife has to return to the same medical facility, I would stay at this hotel again.”

”Our A/C was so loud I couldn’t really sleep. This was my biggest annoyance with the hotel. For the price it should’ve been a better experience. When we arrived to the room it was hot and musty because they leave the ac off. And then the fridge was unplugged. And it just froze everything. No gravy for the biscuits unlike other holiday inns I’ve been in and the sausage was cold. We got breakfast at 7am. So yeah.. Carpets had stains and so did the extra chair in the room. Water for shower wouldn’t...

”The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee.”

”We went to our room and the TV had a big black line on the screen ; we took a picture of it just in case ; we talked to the manager about it and he offered another room; the other room didn’t have a working AC. We decided to leave and I asked for a refund, the manager said he’ll give us credit. We ended up going to another La Quinta but we made the reservation directly with the hotel. I am still waiting for the refund .”

”When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!”

”We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.”
