”Good breakfast ”

”The safe batteries were completely dead. The cleaning people did not fully stock the toilet paper, or cups. Things that should be automatic. The check in staff were great, especially the midnight crew. ”

”Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. ”

”Room wasn’t ready at check in time, it was already 4pm I got a different room, room did not have toilet paper or hand soap”

”Easy parking floors were dirty which made it an issue since I was traveling with 2 small children ”

”Staff was very rude. Shady as they kept going in the room when I wasn’t there and I’m not just referring to housekeeping. No reason to be entering in the afternoon or evening.”

”The room smelled like pee there was a g string hangin in back of the door they charged me 70$ more when I got there because it was busy supposedly and I didn’t even stay there I left after a few hours it was the worse experience I ever had at a hotel 147$ it came out too never again will I go here ”

”The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! ”

”Excellent location Check in and friendly staff”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. The light over the sink in my room was not working, but it was immediately repaired while I was out. Or, at least I thought it was, but it went out again. There was a little bit of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and bath tub tile grout. Otherwise, the room was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was average, and running a bit low on food when I showed up at about 8 am. Saturday morning. ”
