”The heat didn’t work, very cold and no blankets. Ice machine was just south of Cleveland. Clean room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, but a cold room”

”I enjoyed the Hollywood Casino overall. However, this is the first time I've stayed at a place that didn't have a single option for a hot breakfast at any of the restaurants. The lone exception was 99 Hops, but they only served from 8-11 am on Saturday and Sunday. That's not much help for Sunday night through Wednesday stay. I ended up having to drive to a local Denny's 10 minutes away for breakfast. I'll likely stay at Ameristar next time, since I know they do have breakfast options...

”I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room...

”The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The dresser in the room handle was broken. It looked like a cheap motel room. The pool had a ring of dirt around it. It doesn’t meet Hilton standard in my opinion. I was just at another Hilton Garden last week and it was pristine.”

”Clean and a safe place to stay”

”Besides the hotel being overrun by kids, the staff were always smiling and helpful. The establishment was clean, rooms were clean. The food options were plentiful, and we really enjoyed the strong coffee available early in the morning. The hot tub and pool- the chemistry may have been off, our eyes were burning from the chlorine fumes and my skin was extremely dry and itchy the next day. ”

”There was no towels in my room. Desk drawer was full of empty bottles. Also there was no plates available at hotel restaurant.”

”Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. This also was quite surprising and disappointing with...
