”This is a new and updated unit. The host provided everything that you would need. The kitchen was fully stocked, right up to spices. They even provided toiletries so in case you forgot something you wouldn’t go without. They were all also very good at getting back to you right away if you had questions. Each guest had their own designated parking space.”

”I was absolutely blown with how cozy this home felt, the host was very accommodating and helpful, the house was clean and had more than enough towels! The area was quiet and had great parking so you don’t have to leave your car on the street. I definitely would stay 100x again!”

”We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine....

”We loved our stay at the beautifully stuccoed adobe building that was artfullly decorated in a rustic, rural setting in Cedaredge. Our accommodations were so comfortable and the gourmet breakfast we were served the next morning was outstandingly delicious!! Marty and Terrie were so easy to work with and very enjoyable to visit with. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the Grand Mesa again.”

”The staff almost cancelled both nights of our trip because we were unable to arrive the first night due to road closure. I had to insist they not cancel the second night, which was “against their policy”. After a prolonged “check with management”, they decided to let us kept the second night as all was prepaid to Expedia. The road was opened the next day so we stayed the second night.
