"I was pleased overall and would stay there again. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the lobby did not serve Starbucks brand coffee. Also, the hot water for the shower was a bit lacking. We were on the 6th floor so that may be the reason."

"I didn’t expect a response so we made due, but the both bunk beds are broke, the metal posts in middle were bent, thankfully we didnt fall but it may be a future problem.
