”Welcomed in with a smirk & friendly service”

”Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . ”

”It was clean and bed was ok but soooo old and in need of upgrading! The “theme” is vintage, but furniture, carpet, bathroom fixtures/ vanities are really old, in a not cool- vintage kind of way. Also only 2 elevators for a very large hotel!”

”Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. ”
