”Place is close to everything. Good value for the money. Extended my stay one day. Room is clean.”

”This is a great location if you’re wandering around Hanoi in the day! Some neighboring streets are super touristy, but with the right left and right turns, the area is equally packed with locals. It’s a nice hotel but very basic facilities; essentially, just a room with an en-suite! We booked deluxe and it was still quite basic, so keep that in mind if you’re going for an even more basic room option! ”

”Very nice and helpfull staff! Beautiful room and decoration everywhere! Very good location! Good breakfast!”

”The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel.”

”Room was clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Service was also great. 5/5”

”This property was falsely advertised! It was filthy, smelled horrible, and was completely run down compared to the photos they use on their page. If we had not arrived at 230 am like we did, we absolutely wouldn’t have even spent the night. We are working on getting a refund because this was literally one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had!”

”Hotelli oli superhalvassa tarjouksessa, joten otin sen. Mikä helmi! Palvelutaso oli ihan mieletön. Minut vietiin mm. motskarilla korjauttamaan matkalaukkuni suunnilleen kilometrin päähän. Hotelli on ihan Old Quartersin ytimessä, mutta aika rauhallisen kadun varrella.

”The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter close to the lake, food and all the chaos expected when travelling to Hanoi! The breakfast was excellent and Mr Trahun made it so comfortable. The staff were exceptional and made us feel at home, great place thanks.”

”Overall good value for the price. Ideally located in Old Quarter, close to everything. Stayed in the triple private room, a little run down but charming. Clean, fresh towels, solid vibe. ”
