”Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping.”

”Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call.”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn.”

”A/C was loud, always kicking on and off, curtains will not fully close so light was always coming into the room, Staff was helpful, but was never found, you have to call the office number to get a hold of them because they are also managing and cleaning the Red Roof Inn. ”Glad only stayed one night. Pics are deceiving. Bed sheets had holes in them. Tears in the chairs. No night stands. Bathroom door had holes in them. Will not stay there again. Not the hotels fault on this but.. Had a disturbance that had 3 cop cars show up in the parking lot to calm down a irrate woman.”

”Great weekend stay. Clean, spacious room. We could all spread out in our own space-really like how the room was setup. Nice fridge, sink area. Pool was a nice size-my only concern was the flooring held the water and no one came in to mop it up, as far as we could tell (the next morning when we used it there were still puddles). I realized this is a budget choice but the breakfast was pretty lacking, I only drank the coffee because the rest was basically just low quality white carbohydrates. ”Our breakfast server Corey was excellent very friendly had a lot of patience with the amount of people that go through the dining area especially my grandson and granddaughter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating would definitely stay there again if in the area. All in all a great experience.”
