”Not clean Pet hotel Not suitable for anyone with animal allergies When we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm we then found out that the room was a room used for owners with pets We were not offered a room pet free. As it was so late and been driving for over 6hrs we looked at the room - but the room had a really strong cleaning product smell - probably trying to mask the animal smells, and looking closely on the floor you could see animal hair. ”Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.”

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay.
