Castillo de Troya holiday villa is located on the highest point in a residential area overlooking all other houses and gives spectacular, unobstructed 180 degree views of the sea, Denia Bay, Denia Castle, the harbor and the entire surrounding area. The sandy beach of Marineta Cassiana can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and the center of Denia is about 3 km away. The perfect place for a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere.

The recently completely renovated luxury villa offers 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. These are spread over four different levels and intermediate floors. The core of the house is the large living room with library, and the huge kitchen with adjoining dining area and bar. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook for a large number of people, e.g. with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and various refrigerators. The terraces and the outdoor area offer a lot of privacy, even if you share the house with a larger family or several families, there are enough retreats and terraces to enjoy the peace and views. On the other hand, there is also enough space for a group of 12 people to cook, grill, eat together and sit comfortably together.

Around the house there is a little garden with lawn and trees and various terraces and a large parking lot. The beautiful view of the bay, the sea, the Montgo mountain, but also of the city of Denia, the harbor, the castle and the beach makes this the perfect location. The proximity to the beach, sports activities, leisure facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this holiday home an ideal luxury villa to spend a relaxing holiday in Spain. We would like to host families and responsible tenants, including those with dogs.
