This luxury property can be rented for of 4-5 people and has a private 3x7m swimming pool.The fully air-conditioned Villa San Juan was recently completed and is located in a gated community of 20 houses, each with its own closed property and private parking. The proximity to the center of Denia, to the different marinas such as the Club Nautic and La Marina de Denia, guarantee quite sophisticated places with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and nightlife. The center of Denia and various shops are a 5-minute walk away. 2 large supermarkets are almost right next to the residential complex. In San Juan Denia you will find peace and relaxation and you can spend a relaxing holiday in a luxurious environment, both in summer and winter.
