Kiva hotelli lapsiperheelle
Liikkuminen hankalaa kävellen, kun takaovi suljetaan jo kuudelta. Myös kuljetukset esim. rannalle markkinoidaan kuuluvan hintaan, mutta onkin maksullista. Visalle tehtiin hotellin toimesta kaksi varausta, joita ei purettu, vaikka lasku maksettu. Lapsille ohjelmaa päivittäin, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja laadukas siivous plussaa.

Viihtyisä hotelli
Laadukas ja viihtyisä hotelli kaikenkaikkiaan. Uima-allas oli iso ja mukava, joka päivä sai uudet isot pyhkeeet, kaikkialla oli siistiä, henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias, nettiyhteys toimi, aamupala oli monipuolinen, ilmainen suffle-bussi keskustan ja rannan välillä kulki tunnin välein ja taksi oli aina saatavilla.

This property puts me in mind of Brits in Benidorm only it’s Ozzies in Bali. Drinking and eating as much as they can, whilst making as much noise as they can. Check in was friendly and efficient, that’s where efficiency ended. After our first night of three we requested to change room (1204) Due to the lights in the corridor being on all night and lighting up the bedroom as well as the outside generator going on and off throughout the night. We changed rooms, check in staff said our bags would be brought to our room, over 2 hours and a phone call later we went and collected them ourselves, though the bell boy was still in reception. Breakfast buffet is a highlight, plentiful amount on offer Location is in walkable distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but there is a shuttle bus for those who are put off by walking. We had a one bed suite which was well equipped but severely lacked natural light as there was no external windows - so didn’ don’t expect any dirty of view

フルキッチン付きで広々としており、快適です。ビーチまで遠いと思われがちですがシャトルバスが出ており、問題ありません。朝食はお得なクーポンの案内があり、12歳以下のお子さんは無料になるのでお得です。家族やグループ旅行には特にオススメです。

We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again.

Et flott hotell for en relativt billig penge.
Prime plaza suiten er et flott anlegg - men som er i behov av oppgradering. Gamle og slitte rom - møkkete og udelikate kjøkken, og tv’er med forferdelig lydkvalitet. Det positive er at det er mye rom for pengene, med en fin balkong, relativt gode senger og eget bad tilknyttet soverom. Det er AV på hvert soverom som man kan stille temp. På selv, noe som er deilig i 40 grader. Bassengområdet er flott med solsenger, spa, bar og barneområde m/sklie. Dette er det beste med hele hotellet. De ansatte er ekstremt serviceinnstilt og står parat til å gi deg den beste servicen til enhver tid. Det har vært et veldig flott opphold, og jeg hadde bestilt hotellet igjen hvis jeg igjen skulle dratt på en budsjett-tur til Bali. Skal du ha kvalitet - så er strandhotellene på Sanur bedre rustet til å møte høyere krav. Ps: Frokosten er etter mitt syn ikke verdt pengene. Dyr var den også.

The front as you drive up looks horrendous and I was really worried, however there is a back gate to access shops & eventually the beach. No Service around the pool, you have to keep going to the bar. I would recommend they offer a service from sunlounger to order food & drinks. Room was spotless, icy cold & complimentary water filter was fabulous. Would stay here again.

Great hotel but gate hours need to stay open
The rooms very spacious, and clean. Breakfast was not included but we had a lot of restaurants close but you needed to go down a back road which was safe, the only thing is the back gate to go through closes at 9pm which is so ridiculous. You would have to get a taxi back to hotel which is on a main highway. Otherwise can not complain about hotel at all. Great for kids. 2 pools plus kids pool has a big water slide tube adults can use also.

One of the best value family hotels around. The room sizes simply can't be beaten. The location is fine for us, with just a six minute walk to the main street.

Enjoyed our stayed here. The 2 bedroom suite suited us perfectly and was so large. Daytime food options were good besides the pool as was the breakfast buffet. Had the evening buffet one night but it was quite expensive especially with a 12 year old who ate the tiniest amount. It's free for younger children. There are different themed buffets each night & if you want to order a la carte it is brought to your room.

We thought we would try prime Plaza after multiple previous stays at dynasty resort and it was great value for money! Be aware the the kids club is not a fully supervised kids club, it is more of a kids play area they can go to. Additionally, the mozzies in the room were some of the worst I have ever seen across many trips to Bali. We had to wear mozzie repellent to bed. I wouldn't not go because of it, (it's Bali, mozzies are just part of the process) but definitely bring some plug in mozzy repellents because the hotel didn't provide any and the only option was to bomb the room with insect spray which made the room stink.

Family friendly, suites were spacious, pools, back gate to walk down back streets. Annoying this shut at 6pm which meant a long walk around. Even 8pm would've been much better
