This is one backyard you certainly can’t miss out on! Featuring a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with pristine landscaping and plenty of entertaining space, you won’t want to forget your swimsuit. Cool off with a dip in the pool or work on your tan on one of the nearby lounges. Hop into the jacuzzi if you’re looking for some relaxation or enjoy a nap in the hammock.



When you’re hungry, make your way to the outdoor grill for an easy meal! There’s also a covered patio area with outdoor furniture for you to eat, drink, and lounge in!

★ ADDITIONAL AMENITIES ★



Complimentary parking is available to guests in the two-car garage. If additional space is needed, there is plenty of room available on the spacious driveway. The city does not permit vehicles parked on the street.



There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use should you need to refresh your clothes during your stay.



In addition to all the entertainment space in the backyard, this vacation house also boasts two rooftop patios! Take your pick of views – the back patio overlooks the backyard and pool while the front patio offers additional space.





Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you're interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★



To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Please note that our fireplace is for decoration only. It is not meant to be used. We apologize for the inconvenience.



★ TOWELS PROVIDED ★



We've got you covered with plenty of fresh bath and pool towels for your stay. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the pool and backyard, you'll find all the towels you need ready for you.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.



★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★



The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 2210-0940 issued by the City of Denton.



★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
