”I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. ”This was a great property. Well-furnished, decorated and very comfortable. Loved the art, record player and vinyl records. The outdoor space, especially the back patio was great for entertaining, grilling or just relaxing. Good location, adjacent to the UNT campus and just a short drive to the downtown area.
