Located in a quiet neighborhood and dog-friendly, this home is perfect for families, friends, and groups looking for room to relax and have fun.

    Welcome to your spacious Aurora getaway, where comfortable living, beautiful reservoir views, and plenty of room to gather come together in one inviting home.



    This two-story home offers four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, making it an ideal setup for families or groups of friends who want everyone to have a comfortable place to sleep. With three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for larger groups to get ready without feeling crowded.



    The heart of the home is the bright, open-concept great room, with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all connected. Large windows and skylights bring in abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming space for everything from morning coffee to evening dinners and hanging out together.



    Step outside onto the deck overlooking Quincy Reservoir and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The large, fully fenced yard gives everyone room to spread out and is especially convenient for guests traveling with dogs.



    The walk-out basement adds another entire space to relax and have fun. The rec room features Golden Tee and Pop-A-Shot, giving kids and adults plenty of entertainment without leaving the house. There’s also a small wet bar/kitchenette area, perfect for keeping drinks and snacks handy during game time.



    The home is located in a quiet Aurora neighborhood, while still being a convenient home base for exploring the Denver metro area and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer.

Amazing host who always kept in contact, and checked to see if we needed anything. The house backs up to a reservoir, and we saw bald eagles flying around by the trees that line the water almost every day.

The property did not meet our expectations. It was on us that the property did not include back yard access for our pets, but we assumed first floor access would include the backyard. The backyard is actually accessible by the basement where a full time tenant resides. The house was not as clean as we would have liked and the internet was out. There was trash in the yard, the fireplace was full of ashes, dead insects on the floor, burnt out light bulbs, etc. We reached out regarding the internet not working and after not receiving a prompt response finally decided to not stay at the property. We were never able to reach an agreement with the owner and ended up paying for lodging at two properties.

Jeff was really great to work with. Very prompt in returning messages. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The listing does state 3 king beds in addition to a twin bed - the twin bed is an air mattress fyi. That was not listed in the description upon booking so we were completely unaware. There were some housekeeping issues that Jeff was quick to address.

Location. Communication.

Jeff was great. The check in/check out was so streamlined. It was hot out, so we had an issue with AC. Sent Jeff a message, who was quick to respond with a resolution. Perfect. It was a nice location, I picked it as it was between C. Springs and Ft Collins. Perfect launch and landing pad for all things Denver. Clean. Organized. Plenty of room.

Absolutely horrible. The property is in really bad condition. It was very dirty everywhere, lights were not working, fixtures falling off, dishes dirty. Really horrible experience. The house is also in a bad area. Do yourself a favor and not stay here. The property manager and vrbo were both very unhelpful.

Sometimes, you just can't trust the photos!

In a neighborhood of homes with deferred maintenance, this property stood out as one of the most neglected. A tenant living in the basement was supposed to provide routine care to the property. This clearly was not being done as the front yard had an overgrown tree hanging onto the driveway, weeds covering the front yard and burned out bulbs on both the front porch and rear deck. Folding chairs on the read deck were torn and tattered, kitchen drawers dislodged from the tracks and almost fall out of the cabinetry when opened. Overall, the photographs on the website told a far better picture of the property than what was actual. We were very disappointed with the quality of this property for the price we paid.

We recently returned home from our week in Denver. I wish I could leave a 5-Star rating, however we were disappointed with the rental house for many reasons. Although we loved the layout, the size of the house and the location, there were multiple issues with the property. -multiple lightbulbs out: bedroom ceilings (all 3) and the top of the stairs, which my husband replaced, the refrigerator lightbulb, the microwave lightbulb-the ice maker was not working-hairdryer was broken-clock battery was dead (my husband replaced)-plastic drinking "glasses" (only option) were cracked and many leaked-upstairs bathroom cabinet door was broken and hanging open, again my husband repaired that-very limited supplies: we ran out of toilet paper, dish detergent. There were no paper towels or tissues.-kitchen was poorly equipped, no dishrags, cookie sheets, pots had broken handles, utensils were very poor quality (ice cream scoop bent when used)-outside grounds were very poorly kept-overall, the house was just DIRTY, grimy, dusty, baseboards had not been cleaned in a long time, cobwebs in kitchen, faces of cabinets had drips and splatters, dirt under the couches, holes in the blanketsWe contacted Jeff when we couldn't get the kitchen light on, he suggested that my husband check the circuit breaker in the garage, which he did. What he found concerned him, as the eletrical did not appear safe. Jeff stated he would send out a handyman, but no one came.I can't recommend this property

We recently stayed 5 nights with 5 people. The house was generally comfortable and met our needs, with a few exceptions. The main drawback was that each of the 3 bedrooms had 1 king bed, whereas the listing stated (and still states, as of the time of this review) that one had a king AND A TWIN bed. It turns out the air mattress stored in the linen closet was considered the additional twin. I find this misleading. We booked this home specifically because (we believed) it had 4 actual beds. Because of the relationships and ages of our travelers, this meant we had to utilize a sofabed for our youngest--not the end of the world, but an unwelcome change of plan. There were a total of 2 spare sheets in the linen closet, both flat, and 1 smelled awful. That left 1 usable sheet, for 2 sofabeds and an air mattress? Fortunately we did not need to use the other sofabed or the air mattress; we used the one usable flat sheet as a bottom ("fitted") sheet for the sofabed.The king beds were all reasonably comfortable. The pillows provided were very flat, but there were enough of them that we could make it work. There were a couple of spare pillows in the closet that were fluffier. The towels were plentiful and clean and decent quality. I appreciated the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The house was clean. Please note if you're considering staying here, there are no laundry facilities provided; we missed that detail and needed to utilize the services of an area laundromat.

Worst Experience EVER!!!

We were genuinely looking forward to this vacation—a chance for two families to relax, enjoy time together, and make lasting memories. Unfortunately, what we encountered instead was a series of issues that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and ultimately disappointing.The most serious problem was the air conditioning—or lack thereof. From the very beginning, the upstairs remained unbearably hot, climbing over 80 degrees. It was impossible to sleep or relax in that space. Out of desperation, we purchased three fans to get some kind of airflow. We contacted the owner, Jeff, every single day of our nine-day stay, and each time we were told the issue was being resolved. But nothing changed. No technician came until our last day. we were offered temporary solutions such as turning off the breaker, which was outside in an area of unkept weeds/grass and turning the air off for a few hours. no other accommodations were offered. Dealing with this became exhausting and overshadowed the entire trip. What was meant to be a relaxing family getaway turned into a stressful and frustrating experience that ruined our vacation. At no point did the owner offer any sort of compensation or alternative solution.To make matters worse, we were never informed ahead
