Guest Access:

You will have private access to the house and the fully fenced in backyard. You can access the home any time with our secure, keyless entry. There is a secondary lockbox (just in case there you any issues with keypad entry).



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, but you’re never far from the action. Located in Westminster, CO, we’ve got the best of both worlds—quiet suburban living with quick access to Denver, Boulder, and the mountains. You can easily get to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, or even Boulder for a day trip, and when you're ready to hit the slopes, popular ski spots are just a short drive away.



For outdoor lovers, Westminster Hills Park is perfect for a walk or a picnic with scenic views, and The Heritage at Westmoor golf course is nearby if you're in the mood for a round of golf. There’s also Stanley Lake, just down the road, where you can hike, fish, or paddleboard with gorgeous mountain views.



When it comes to things to do around here, The Butterfly Pavilion is a local gem, especially if you’ve got kids. And if you’re a foodie, there’s no shortage of great spots. The Keg Steakhouse & Bar is great for a special night out, and places like Eddie Merlot’s and P.F. Chang’s offer more variety. If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, Westminster Promenade and FlatIron Crossing Mall are super convenient.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Denver International Airport (DEN), located 27 miles away from the property. Driving time varies based on traffic, but typically takes around 30-40 minutes. Enjoy free parking at the property. Public transit options are available nearby, with bus stops just a short walk away, offering easy access to central locations.



Other Things to Note:

-No parties.

-No additional guests to sleep on the premises without prior permission.

-Any visitors must leave the property no later than midnight.

-Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use indoors will be imposed for violations.

-There is an exterior ring camera (audio and video) at the front entrance of our home that must remain on 24/7 for safety purposes.

- To maintain the property's upkeep, a member of our team may visit once a week for trash collection, lawn service, and restocking. They will not enter the home. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay.

- Our A/C unit is a bit older, and running it below 72°F for long periods can cause damage. To help keep it in good shape (and because we all occasionally forget the little things while traveling), the thermostat is preset and locked at comfortable temperature ranges.



That said, we’ve set the system to operate below and above typical industry standards for both cooling and heating, so it should feel great year-round. If the temperature ever feels uncomfortable at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to make adjustments to ensure your comfort.



- The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning, including laundering linens, sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and restocking essentials to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay for the next guest. However, it does not cover excessive messes or damages, such as leaving excessive trash behind, unwashed dishes, spills or stains on furniture or carpets, strong odors from smoking or pets (if not permitted), or any damage to furniture, appliances, or the property. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.
