Please note that there is an upper unit on the property and it is owner-occupied. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are elderly or have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property monitoring the entrances and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.
BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND? Let us know about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, max two dogs. Sorry, no cats.
NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
