Chic Studio with Kitchenette by Sloan Lake

Our cozy studio is the perfect retreat for solo travelers working away from home. The space offers private access and includes a kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave, plus a Keurig coffee maker and in unit washer and dryer to make longer stays easy. Located below an apartment in our modern townhome, you are just a few blocks from Sloan Lake and the light rail with easy access to downtown Denver’s dining, cafes, and local spots.

We are available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach us is by messaging us. Check-in instructions are sent 24 hours before your arrival.

The studio is located in the basement level of our townhome and is accessed by one flight of stairs. The stairwell is a shared entryway, but your space is completely private and separate.

This thoughtfully designed space is designed for remote workers and extended stays. The kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and all the necessary cooking utensils and supplies. The living space offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a spacious full bathroom. For added convenience, you'll have your own personal washer/dryer combo, ensuring that everything you need is right at your fingertips.


The temperature is centrally controlled and kept at a comfortable level, and we provide a fan and space heater so you can adjust things to your preference.

Pets are welcome! There’s a $100 non-refundable fee per month, and we allow one pet (weight limits may apply). Since there isn’t private outdoor space, you’ll need to walk your dog. If you’re planning a longer stay, traveling with more than one pet, please contact us.

Child proofing: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
