Tämä kaunis kellari on hiljattain remontoitu ja täysin mukava ja puhdas se on kaksi queen beds ja yhden kylpyhuone, kichen, ilmainen wifi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu (joka pysyy Morethan 5 päivää). meidän kellarissa ei ole oma sisäänkäynti, mutta sillä on sisäänkäynti autotalliovien kautta, jotka palvelevat vain vieraita. Sijaintimme on 10 minuutin päässä Denverin lentokentältä, yliopistollisesta sairaalasta ja 20 minuutin päässä Denverin keskustasta. Mile pois ruokakaupasta, ravintoloista ja julkisesta liikenteestä. Emme anna käyttää MARIIJUANAa omaisuuttamme.

We stayed here for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. When we arrived, we were given the wrong door code and were unable to reach the host by phone, text, or VRBO messages. After standing outside for quite a while, we resorted to ringing the doorbell several times before anyone finally answered.Inside, things didn’t improve. One bed squeaked so loudly it was impossible to move without waking everyone up. The other bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Several lights were either flickering or completely out, which gave the place an unfinished feel. We were only provided a single roll of toilet paper for four people over four days, with no bathroom soap and a foul-smelling kitchen sponge. When we asked about dishes, we were told they were in the cabinet, but we didn’t find them until the second day in the dishwasher. The cookware and utensils appeared old, scratched, and barely usable.The bathroom fan was so loud it disturbed the entire house every time it was turned on. The first aid kit contained only a single gauze pad and a wet wipe. Overall, it felt like someone started fixing up the property but never finished. The price may have been fair, but the stay fell well below reasonable standards. I would not stay here again without significant improvements.

Prior to me booking this VRBO there was nothing in the title or description stating that you would be staying in the basement of this family’s home. They changed it after I said something. I didn’t think VRBO allowed shared spaces to be rented but this is most definitely a shared space. You can hear the family walking and stomping around upstairs. It’s very loud and made it difficult for me to sleep. If you want to go to bed at a decent time forget about it. Or if you plan on sleeping in you can forget about that too. There are also very strong scents of Indian spices. The bed is very uncomfortable. The sheet kept falling off the bed and the pillows are flat. The neighborhood was ok but there are cars parked everywhere on the side of the street.

When we first arrived we thought we were getting the whole house based on the exterior photo of the listing, but then looking at the listing again we realized it was a basement apartment. It was fine though and served our basic needs during our stay in Colorado.

I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services. We were looking forward to relaxing and watching march madness, but with the air tv it would keep stopping and be stuck on the pixels. Who ever heard of a vrbo that didn't have streaming? Especially when paying over 150 a night? Motel 6 will give you cable. Our visit was so poor we ended up canceling our vacation a day early and went home, wasting 150 and not doing the events we came to Denver for. So traveler beware of the negatives and make an informed decision before renting. I can not in good faith recommend this place. I house the host will invest in a streaming service such as direct tv , FUBO,OR YOUTUBE TV.

This home is located in a beautiful and safe subdivision. We had no issues other than getting the shower temperature to stay consistent. It was on the hot side, even though the dial was set to warm or even cold. We were also confused about it being in the basement, but the check-in process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was nice and host was very friendly. I have read reviews about a smell and the smell was good cooking upstairs. It is a shared space.. it did not get in our clothes. Some people will do anything for a refund.🙄 This property was worth the price in my opinion.

Place has a strong smell and is not super clean. Sheets kept coming off the bed during the night if you moved. I had to unload the dishwasher clean up. There were old smelly sponges to wash the dishes but no dish tabs for the dishwasher. The fire alarm went off from them burning food which added to the smell. Thankfully on the last morning!

This trip was planned as a fun get away that immediately turned into a personal emergency. Having a comfortable place to stay, with peaceful surroundings was comforting. The accommodations were great and suited every personality type in the group. I didn’t know about the stairs otherwise due to a heath issue we would have chosen someplace else. My injury is a temporary one others may not be. That was the only point of contention. That being said, I’m glad I didn’t know because climbing the stairs gave me much needed exercise and has added to my recovery. The place was as advertised, clean, safe, with one exception. The wife is an exceptional cook and the smell of food tempted us to knock on the door. I wish food was an added amenity. I highly recommend this location. Thanks Vrbo and these owners.

Home was exactly as pictured. I had no issue other than something biting my group. I have about a half a dozen bites on me. I reported it to the owner. Hopefully they bombed after our stay. Prompt responses for the most part. There is a family upstairs. Kids are cute. I always had a parking spot. The smell everyone is reporting is indian food. I'm not sure why it was considered so offensive. I had to resist asking for a plate. I did have to wash everything when I came home. But who doesn't? Shower had water hotter than your Mamas suppers. Thats a plus. Nearby food & services. Thank you for letting me stay in your home🏡

The location was where we needed and a place to sleep for a cheer competition. However, the smell was beyond disgusting! We avoided being there as much as possible. When we were with other people, they commented how much we stunk. Our luggage and bags stink so bad. When we opened the trunk of our car rental at the airport, we about puked. It is embarrassing how bad our carry on bags smell. Our hair smells, our clothes smell, everything smells. The sheets, Couch pillows, and rugs were stained. One of the beds frame was broke in the middle so the mattress sagged. It was okay clean- though there was hair in the shower and nasty hair/ dust piles in the bathroom corners. Will definitely NOT stay here next year when we come for cheer. I hope we can get this smell out of our bags! It also said it sleep 5, but unsure how. There are only 2 beds.

Very cute house and neighborhood upon driving up. Located in a newly built suburb with amenities and decent restaurants near by. Must use the garage to come and go, with no outside lock on the door leading to the basement where you, as a guest, stays. There is constant noise. Mostly foot traffic, stomping, and screaming of children. The place is clean, but reeked of food. So bad, that our luggage and hair retained a strong odor. A horrible experience we will never forget. Not to mention, the host took a very long time to respond to questions and/or concerns. Stayed one night, and got charged for two when requesting a refund because we could no longer endure this place. If these things do not bother you, then by all means take the chance. Otherwise, find a different place to go.
