”A little maintenance was needed on the shower door in our bathroom and the bed was just ok. The room was very clean, thank you housekeeping. The breakfast area was super clean and the offerings were plentiful and well stocked.”

”Pool was great, close to town. Room was well stocked with kitchen stuff. Loved the gym as well. One of the front desk employees was not very nice to a guest coming in. Room wasn't ready and he wasn't happy. She told him she couldn't help that staff had called in sick and they were short staffed. She had an ear bud in the whole time which is extremely rude.”

”This Hampton is close to Hartwell Lake, shopping area with restaurants, & downtown Hartwell. Friendly, helpful staff. Amenities include in-room coffee, fridge, couch seating area, full breakfast in the morning, swimming pool and easy parking.”

”If you want a place to spend the night or 2, this would be a great stop. It gets a little noisy when the pools open, but kids will be kids so it didn't bother me... Just a little heads up for if anyone does 😉 staff was excellent, soft beds, pillows super comfortable and a pleasant experience all in all.”

”Very comfortable in a beautiful setting. Only spent one night. Everything was provided. I know it is designed to be a real getaway from everyday routines but I do wish there had been a real mirror. There is plenty of room to add one. The small 5 x7 mirror was pretty useless. And a couple more hooks for hanging things. Minor complaints but just in case they are looking for suggestions!”

”The hotel room itself was adequate relative to the budget pricing. I requested a non-smoking room but got a room that had been smoked in. The card key did not work on several occasions and I had to ask for help from the staff several times in order to unlock the door to my room. Other than that my stay uneventful. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.”
