Lomamajat – Denver

”I thought when I made the reservation I wa staying in the castle not a lodge. I made the assumption based on the site the rooms were named. Some hotels do that. So I was disappointed to be spending the night in a lodge in basically the basement. Room was clean. Shower was hot, breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs good. Fruit. Some mystery casseroles. The jutting rock formations were larger than life. Got to finally see some Rams. Big ones and a small family of them the next morning and deer....

”Loved everything! The only downside was we had no hot water for showers due to a down broiler. However, ALL of the amenities were available and the stay was still fun. We were offered a discount for the inconvenience. Will be back.”

”Well kept property and staff so friendly even though er arrived very late after they closed from desk. A little gem we were lucky to find travelling to Crested Butte from Denver. Room overlooking trout stream was dazzling in the AM at sunrise from my porch, with a few deer staring at me from across stream. Worth staying at least a couple of days. John G.”

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”
