”Beautiful quaint little cottage next to the river. Parking was a bit restricted as the roads are very narrow and busy around the property. Opened the door to a very strong damp smell that greeted us upon each return, had to open a few windows. There wasn’t any ventilation in the kitchen or bathroom which could be contributery. The spiral staircase could have been made safer by adding grips as the small wooden steps were very slippery. There was no toilet paper or bin bags/liners or a tea towel...

”Stenson Hill Farm proved a great place for our family get together. 18 people aged 27 to 82 and 2 dogs. All we needed to self cater, sit together, play tennis, football, snooker and pool. ”

”Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Communication was excellent from the host. Really pleased with my overall experience ”

”When we arrived it was bitterly cold so the owner put on the wood burner which heated the place up until the heating came on.Very clean and everything you need.Very peaceful surroundings the view from the bedroom was amazing.The only problem was the internet is slow but that can’t be helped.Will come back if in that area again”
