”Unexpectedly good. Beautiful Georgian Square close to the harbour. Good facilities in the pub, excellent food and great service. In the room the bed was big and comfortable the room was clean and storage adequate. The bathroom was mostly clean though could do with updating. The extractor fan was terrible and needs to be replaced (it made us laugh it was so loud) the shower within the bath was okay but the lighting could be brighter for shaving and make up. ”I was put in a room with 3 single beds. I tried all 3 and they were all extremely uncomfortable. The room is very run down and dirty. The bathroom was cold as the heating didn't work and the shower does not have enough power to have a decent shower. All in all it was an awful experience”
