”We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

”We spent very nice vacation days at Lake Como. The apartment is located in a house built into the mountain. Therefore, you have to climb some stairs to get to the apartment, but then you are rewarded by a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. We felt very comfortable.”

”Die Wohnung ist schön, etwas abgewohnt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert gut, der Check-in ist kompliziert, weil alle möglichen Zählerstände abgelesen werden müssen. Die ganze Badeinrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und in einem nicht so guten Zustand.”

”Charming villa away from the hustle that pays off with a gorgeous view. Able to explore the hillside village which we would have never known about. Loved our short stay.”

”Cosy small and practical (there's even bedsheets and towels) mountain house. The 30 minutes mountain road to get to the lake was not a problem for us, the view from the road is absolutely stunning. For hikers there are multiples options directly from the house. Despite being quite isolated, the village is populated.”

”Jolie maison, propre et tres bien équipée avec terrasse avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Côme a 10mn de Menaggio. Place de parking devant la maison et commerces et plage au centre du village accessibles a 5mn a pieds. Nous avons été tres bien reçus par les propriétaires. Jardin avec belle vue sur le lac accessible par quelques marches au dessus de la maison, très typique au Lac de Côme. Restaurant au village avec très bonnes pizzas! Nous recommandons!”

”Maison parfaitement équipée, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée opérationnels pour notre séjour, superbe vue. Excellente situation pour visiter les incontournables du Lac de Côme. Impossible d'échanger avec la propriétaire via le site Abritel suite à un problème technique, mais heureusement, toutes les infos nous avaient été communiquées à l’avance. Merci à Elisa pour l’accueil parfait. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.”

”Pas loin de la plage mais interdiction de se baigner car eau polluée. Route trop dangereuse pour aller au parking. Les italiens roulent beaucoup trop vite. j' ai failli être renversee malgré que j étais sur les passages cloutés. Pas de superettes et d animations dans le village.”

”Direkt am See gelegen in einer Sackgasse, dadurch sehr ruhig. Moderne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Küche mit allem was wir im urlaub brauchen, küchengeräte qualitativ hochwertig. Gerne würden wir dort wieder wohnen.”

”Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. The pool was perfect...

”Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la villa qui est bien dans l'ensemble mais la chambre inférieure est plus froide avec humidité que les étages supérieur. Donc avons mis chauffage de temps en temps avec porte ouverte de l'escalier menant au salon du rez de chausée pour avoir la température convenable. Dans la seconde chambre du 1er étage, il ne s'agit pas de vrais lits mais canapés-lits d'où un des 2 couples n'a pas passé presque de bonnes nuits à cause de l'étroitesse.Maintes fois,...
