The apartment, located on the first floor accessible on foot, welcomes guests from the bright living room which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all accessories. A large French door allows access to the apartment's terrace, furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the open air after a day spent discovering the beauties of the lake. The bedroom is welcoming and is furnished with a double bed and two bedside tables with two lamps. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

*The communal swimming pool is available from 15 June to 30 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to rediscover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who will be able to practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing.

This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting spots, starting from nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious location on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and approximately 30 km from Verona airport.
