”We stayed at Super8 Yuma for 2 nights. The first night we were greeted by very friendly staff. The second night we were assigned to a room where the TV did not work. We told the desk staff and she shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. We asked to be moved to another room. She said the hotel was full which we knew was not true. We looked on Expedia and we could have booked another room. I am disappointed that our request was not even acknowledged. ”
