”The Hilton Yuma Pivot Point doesn't quite live up to its prestigious name. My room had a torn couch, a slow-draining sink, along with a dirty shower enclosure. All of which was documented to the front desk manager's attention. No one came up to inspect my room. Notwithstanding, the breakfast was very good.”

”I chose a room with kitchenette on purpose. To my surprise there wasn’t any cups, plates, pans etc. I requested them from the hotel lobby as adviced but never got them delivered to my room.
Also do not choose this hotel unless you’re willing to listen your room neigbour’s snoring through the night.”

”Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a cheerful and energetic young lady. She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening.
The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.”

”The manager Omar Ayala went above the bar so friendly and accommodating enjoyed our stay very much the elevator was acting up the Company was called to fix it, they just changed out our smoke detector and housekeeping hadn’t vacuumed yet and the manager came and vacuumed our floor our room had a microwave and refrigerator with freezer in our room so nice the beds and pillows were clean and very nice the rest of the staff was also very friendly and nice There was two women us traveling alone...
