”The coffee maker in the room is for an 8 ounce cup, The hotel leaves 16 ounce cups with the coffee maker. A 16 ounce coffee cup doesn’t fit into that coffee maker. When I tried to use a 16 oz coffee cup with this coffee maker it ended up
spilling and burning my fingers. I reported this to the front desk. Also the heat in room made a a shrilling noise and it was very annoying and and disturbing!!! I would like a refund for my hotel stay,”

”I didn't get to eat there, but there is a bar, Cafe, and dinner spot inside and it looked nice. My room had a balcony, which was wonderful. The staff was so great, very helpful. I forgot my glasses on the bed and the housekeeper brought them downstairs for me before I left! The evening concierge gave me a list of places to eat in case I was not interested in coming down stairs. Overall, 5 stars! September 19th and 20th of 2026.”

”We had a disconnect at DTW so needed to do an unanticipated overnight in Detroit. Reservation, was simple, complementary transportation to the hotel was quick and efficient and the staff were terrific. When finding our flight didn't go until 7:30 p.m. the staff person took the initiative to offer us a complementary late checkout.
The room and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. If you find yourself in need of an airport hotel, Baymont is a great choice.”

”Was a nice place to stay except for no pool or hot tub and people above us I swear the enjoyed walking like a cow. Breakfast was ok but the waffles were amazing. I would recommend they keep the coffee hot and the hot water hot too that they have out 24/7
