”This is a wonderful place. So Serene, beautiful location along the river Unexpected find in Sedona. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable.
The breakfasts were truly a culinary feast. Everyday we had something different and delightful.
I rated staff a 3 only because I didn't interact with staff at all during our stay. There was no need to.”

”Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand"
The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day...

”Rooms were dated. The sliding door to the balcony needed the Jaws of Life to open it. The bedroom door to the balcony had a wood separation and you could look through the door. Room service was nonexistent and when we wanted 2 towels and 4 washcloths...4 towel and 4 hand towels. Parking was at a minimum. We got to park one night in front of our room. Trash pickup was not daily and the room next to us had trash sitting for 3 days. Checking in was easy. Then you got a card to give to some dude...

”Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und liegt ruhig am Bach. Trotzdem wären ein paar Renovierungen schön, um die Zimmer etwas zeitgemäßer zu gestalten. Die Möbel sind alle an den Ecken angeschlagen, der alte Teppichboden wirft Falten und der Balkon war leider gar nicht geputzt als wir kamen (dreckiger Tisch und Spinneweben). Das Frühstück mit Bagels und Muffins war ausreichend aber wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten aufgrund der genannten Mängel”

”We had probably the best studio room (302) of the whole resort! It was a bit on the side from other more "generic" rooms/buildings, and our patio extented to a secluded barbeque area. The room even had its own parking spot. It really had an exclusive feel, perfect for a romantic set, and we especially enjoyed the fact that we could have some cold beer from our fridge and other items from Safeway (~3miles away) to do bbq. Washing dishes was a bit hard in the room and the room lacked good bbq-ing...
