”Wonderful staff both with front end staff and the cleaning crew all were such a pleasure to be around. Property is super clean and relaxing the little short 2 min walk down to the creek makes it even better. Would definitely recommend for someone to get a nice get away from phx speed of life”

”Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day...

”The addressin is misleading, it leads to a locked gate, which from you cannot enter the resort. At the gate should be directions to check-in, but the box where they should have been was empty. At least there was a phone number, where you had to call to get directions to the check-in point.”
