ADORABLE & AFFORDABLE! You will LOVE this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA DOG-FRIENDLY home which is just a little over 2 (short) blocks to the ocean! The fabulous rear screened porch is perfect for dining, reading, relaxing or playing games after a day in the sun and surf. Sip your morning coffee and read the paper on the covered porch, the 2nd floor deck or in the spacious great room. With an occupancy of 10, this home has room for everyone. Other great features worth noting: Off street parking for 4 cars, a gas grill, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, outdoor shower, W/D, yard, PET FRIENDLY!! Minimum $300 non-refundable pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. (Sorry, no cats.) Perfect for off-season stays as well! Book early while this property is still available!!
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $190.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Best Property

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great eateries and shopping centers nearby. The place itself was spotless, with a beautiful interior that made it feel like a home away from home. The exterior was equally charming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect mix of convenience and comfort!

PERFECT beach getaway spot

Overall could not be more happy. Property was as expected from the listing. So close to the beach, just a short walk down. Clean and well put together. I would rent here again! And just noting that the property manager was also very good, the grill at the house wasn’t working and they called to let us know a rented grill would be dropped off for our stay. Attention to detail!

Beach vacation

Very clean and well stocked. Ice maker not great and water tastes bad so bought lots of ice and water bottles. Someone should probably replace filter. We had to descale Kuerig and it leaks. Didn’t realize it was directly on main highway. Lots of traffic noise and people throwing trash over our fence from sidewalk. Obviously recently remodeled and beautiful. We were surprised we had to go thru realtor while using VRBO which meant we had to pick up and drop off keys off site which was unexpected and inconvenient versus a key code on house. Close to beach tho and activities. Had great week!

Bach weekend fun

This property was a perfect choice for our bachelorette weekend get away! So close to the bars in Dewey and only short car rides to stores. Definitely recommend!

It’s clear the owners of this property only see it as an investment property. It was built in 1996 and only facial upgrades have been made. Even those, like painting, were poorly done and you can see the streaks and paint on furniture. The decor was hastily thrown together and is worn. The cleaning crew is subpar, as dirt was visible around the tub, in windows, etc. Further, the window in the back bedroom simply popped out one night. It was obvious that the window had been broken for a while, and the fact that the cleaning crew didn’t notice means that the home is not being thoroughly cleaned. The location is, as the description says, close to the beach. What I didn’t know is that the property is one foot away from Route 1, which means that you hear traffic all day and night. I think that, for the cost, I could have done better.
